🌟 loved the super close location to everything in times square. Included breakfast with so many options was a treat. One small drawback was the tv not working properly. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly!

During our recent stay in New York City, we chose this hotel due to its excellent location near Times Square and Macy's. The room we stayed in had a wonderful view of the Empire State Building, which was a highlight for us. The staff were very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, making our mornings convenient before heading out to explore the city. Despite some minor inconveniences like slow elevators and a small bathroom, we found the overall experience to be satisfactory for our travel needs.

I have had a very good experience, this modest, clean hotel deserves more than 3 stars. Liked my rooms with double bed. There was plenty of outstanding meals. The location was ideal, at a medium distance from A 102-Story Art Deco Skyscraper.

Some people working there were not very friendly.

The hotel was functional and inexpensive, and the staff were competent, loved the strategic location just off Empire State Building, subway and many local restaurants and Penn station at Harrier Square. Our stay was really good, would recommend this venue to friends.

The staff here are amazing and offer top-notch customer service. Breakfast is included with the room rate and has a good selection, especially for hot foods. the location is super convenient, close to everything you would want to see in New York.

A couple of things could be tweaked to make this hotel even better. the rooms could use a little sprucing up, as they look a bit worn.

The hotel was cool, man! Great location and awesome staff – they even went all out decorating our room for my hubby's bday! The rooms are on point, clean, and got a good size with a killer view of the Empire State Building. The only downer was the noise from the street, but it didn't put a damper on our stay! Overall, definitely recommend this spot for the vibe and the price 🎉.

We booked double room on the top floors and could use wake-up service, available in it. Even though the whole experience was real good, the bed in our room was uncomfortable. It had good choice of meals for breakfast, including pastries, bread and yogurt.

Despite the inconvenience of the ice machine and elevator situation, the hotel had a fantastic covered seating area, perfect for people-watching rain or shine. Moreover, the internet service was reliable throughout the property and the front office staff efficiently managed our stay.
